Our office has served the community from the Mapledale Plaza shopping center for over 20 years. Combined our doctors have helped patients for over 14 years. Proudly they have been helping people as chiropractors and physical therapists live pain free in holistic ways without drugs.

In addition, we now offer therapy services to include dry needling, cupping, and manual therapy, massage and so much more.

 

 

 

Dr. Mario D. Anderson, PT, DPTCOMTCFE / Owner

Dr. Mario was born in Mobile, Alabama by the way Pensacola, Florida. Faith, Family, and Friends are the things that bring him happiness. He enjoys vacation time away with his family, gardening, and good ole fashion football games. Dr. Anderson attended Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University and obtain an undergraduate Bachelors’ of Science degree in Health Science, minor in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling Management. During his time in Tallahassee, Florida, he always had a passion and skill for working with children. Dr. Anderson was a counselor for Health Care Opportunities Program (HCOP), volunteered at Special Olympics events, and worked at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s Behavior Health Center counseling Adults, Young Adults, and Adolescence. Dr. Anderson then went to continue his passion with a burning pursuit for a Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy at Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University.  Working with the Olympics and Para Olympics has helped him expand his knowledge and skills even more.

As a result of his background, he has gained extensive knowledge in advanced pain assessment, medical screening and biomechanical differential diagnosis for physical therapist.  Dr. Anderson is trained and certified as a National Pitching Coach/Instructor. He is certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, American Red Cross Emergency First Responder, and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). 

Dr. Min H. Yun, DC

Dr. Min was born in South Korea but raised here in Northern Virginia. He still lives in his hometown of Annandale, Virginia with his wife and 2 daughters. Faith and Family are very important to him. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, D.C., degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Being raised with a father who practiced as an alternative holistic doctor and being treated by a chiropractor in his high school years, Dr. Min wanted to explore the natural way of life without the medicines. 

 

Dr. Lindsey H. Anderson, PT, MPTDPT

Dr. Lindsey Hopps Anderson is a born and raised native of Savannah, Georgia and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in this growing field of physical therapy. She received her Bachelors of Health Science degree from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University. After graduation, she did not hesitate to advance her studies and earning a Master of Physical Therapy from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University. As the profession decided to grow and evolve with the health care changes, Dr. Lindsey went to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Since graduation, she has been developing into a senior clinician as a utilization coordinator helping patients with discharge planning. She has also worked in home health settings, long term acute care, in-patient rehabilitation settings, acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, an adjuncts professor for a physical therapy assistance program, and case management helping patients with discharge planning. On a personal note, she currently resides in Northern Virginia where she is married and raises two girls. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Dr. Ryan Borrell, DC

Dr. Ryan was born in New York and raised in Ashburn, Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, D.C., degree at  New York Chiropractic College.  He received his B.S. in Health Sciences from  Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. His interests include automotive repair and construction . He also serves as a firefighter for the Ashburn Volunteer Fire Rescue department.
